We’re a Sydney based small family business, specialising in a North-Western (Xinjiang) Chinese chilli oil.
Our cultural background is Chinese Russian, so our food, our people and our culture is vastly different from the rest of Asia.
Growing up Mama Liu was a single parent working tirelessly, but nevertheless we’d always have food on the table.
From fresh hand pulled noodles to dumplings, food was a form of love from her to us. Nothing came store bought but prepared the traditional way.
We believe food is a labour of love, our chilli oil is handmade and hand bottled in Sydney.
Your chilli oil is incredible. I heap the chilli oil into a bowl of two minute chicken noodles and it curbs my hot pot cravings. Seriously THE BEST EVER.
My girlfriend has already banned me from putting it on everything.
Not only does this chilli oil win me over with it’s taste, the versatility of this product is mind blowing. Takes food to a whole new level.
